Homemade Harissa Spiced Mild Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lbs pork
    4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    2 tablespoons onion powder
    1 1/2 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder
    2 teaspoons smoked paprika
    1 1/4 teaspoons maple sugar
    1/4 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder
    1 tablespoon harissa mixed spice (Bulk Barn)
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1\" cubes.
    Add spicing.
    Grind, or double grind.
