No Carb Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs lean ground beef
    2 egg whites (beat)
    1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    1 onion (chopped)
    3 garlic cloves (chopped)
    salt and pepper
    italian seasoning
    2 cups low-fat parmesan cheese (Grated)
    1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    preheat oven to 350.
    mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
    brown your meatballs in olive oil in your frying pan ( turn them a few times).
    then place them on cookie sheet and bake them for about 20 min ( till done).
    Pour your favorite sauce over them.Enjoy!
