Pineapple Muffins From Mini-Wheats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon sodium-free baking powder (I use regular)
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    9 kellogg's frosted mini-wheats cereal, finely crushed (Apple or Sugar Frosted)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, not drained
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, sugar and crushed Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats biscuits.
    In large mixing bowl, beat egg slightly. Stir in oil and pineapple including liquid.
    Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2 in muffin pan.
    Bake at 400 $ about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Server warm.
