Green Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups instant rice, Uncooked (1 small box)
1 (8 ounce) jar Cheese Whiz
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.
Stir cheese whiz into hot rice.
Meanwhile heat margarine in skillet and saute celery and onion until soft but not brown.
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well.
Fold celery, onion, broccoli, and soup into rice mixture.
Pour into greased 3 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
