Quickie Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
Preparation
    In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly (do not let it boil).
    Add SLOWLY to egg yolks, beating constantly.
