Cold Pineapple Cilantro Shooter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups water
    2 cups chopped pineapple
    1 teaspoon agave syrup
    1/8 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    in a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, pineapple, agave syrup and vanilla to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently until liquid is reduce by 1/4, 10-12 minutes.
    Add cilantro and transfer to a blender.
    Puree until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled.
