Easy Tofu Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/8 cup whipping cream
    1 package soft silken tofu, drained
    4 tablespoons granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    spoon tofu into blender, along with whipping cream, vanilla, and sugar.
    puree til well blended.
    pour into container and freeze for 3 hours.
    scoop and enjoy!
