Puto Rice Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups rice flour mochiko sweet rice flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup shredded coconut
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add coconut milk to dry ingredients.
Grease ramekins.
Pour batter inches.
Put in steamer.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Check with toothpick.
Serve with grated coconut on top.
