Smoked Salmon & Horseradish Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 ounces linguine
    5 ounces smoked salmon, cut into strips
    1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
    4 ounces spinach, roughly chopped
    1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
    2 tablespoons creme fraiche
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cook the linguine following the packet instructions.
    Drain and then tip into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
    Toss together and season heavily with black pepper.
