Leslie'S Raspberry Chocolate Ganache - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 -3 tablespoons raspberry jam

Preparation

Boil cream.
Pour over chips in a bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Mix in jam.
Set aside to cool until thick enough to spread on cake.
