Low Sugar Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 mashed bananas
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 cups flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Mix mashed bananas and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
    Beat eggs and add to bananas, blending well.
    Sift dry ingredients and mix in with banana mixture.
    If desired fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
    Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for ~50 minute.
