Chicken Curry Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts, cut into 1/4 's
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 lbs ground chicken
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon coriander
    1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
    1 diced onion
    14 1/2 ounces chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil until tender. Add garlic and ginger and saute 30 sec.
    Add spices and stir together. Add tomatoes and 1/2 c water. Stir.
    Add chicken and cook through.
    Done when the water is cooked out.
    Put 2 T of meat on ea. piece of pie crust. fold over and seal.
    Bake at 400 for 10-12 minute.
