Alpler Magrone (Macaroni With Bacon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
    1 lb potato, sliced and cooked
    5 ounces bacon, chopped
    7 ounces cream
    salt and pepper, to taste
    nutmeg, to taste
    3 ounces sbrinz cheese or 3 ounces swiss cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    Saute bacon until crisp.
    Add cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Mix in macaroni and potatoes.
    Layer into a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Meanwhile saute onion in butter until golden.
    Serve sprinkled with the onion.
