Cod With Mustard Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cod, 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon white wine
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    kosher salt, flakes
    white pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut fish into serving size pieces and place in a lightly buttered baking dish.
    Combine cream, mustard, wine and chives and pour over fish.
    Season with salt and pepper and bake 15 minutes or until fish turns opaque in the center.
