Portobello & Asiago Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 portobello mushroom
    4 tablespoons pesto sauce
    2 ounces spinach
    1 garlic clove
    2 ounces asiago cheese (grated)
    2 ounces arugula
    2 ounces pine nuts
Preparation
    Spread portobello's with pesto.
    Saute arugula & spinach in EVOO & garlic.
    Add to mushroom and spread grated cheese on top.
    Place in oven or BBQ till melted.
    Sprinkle with EVOO and pine nuts.
