Pineapple And Nectarine Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks drained reserving the juice
1 nectarine, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 chipotle chile in adobo, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 pinch salt
Preparation

Chop pineapple chunks to desired size.
Combine ingredients in bowl.
Add 1-2 tbls of reserved pineapple juice.
Add salt to taste.
Stir and serve.
