Carob Nut Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup carob chips
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Place carob chips and peanut butter in a small bowl and melt in microwave (or in a double boiler). Stir until evenly combined.
    Stir in nuts and quickly drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
    Let set until hard. Store in refrigerator.
