Sausage Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb sausage meat
    5 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Saute meat over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off fat.
    In a food processor, place meat and pulse until you get a smaller grind.
    Place the meat and remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
    Chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to make your ravioli.
