Four Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup sliced scallion
pretzels or chips (various dippers)
Preparation

Blend cheeses, milk, and garlic in a blender or container of a food processor until smooth.
Stir in scallions.
Cover and chill until serving time.
Garnish as desired.
Serve with various dippers.
