Garlic And Chive Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    6 tablespoons light oil
    1 garlic clove, peeled but left whole
    salt & freshly ground black pepper
    1 pinch sugar
    1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Preparation
    Shake together everything but the chives.
    Just before serving, add the chives.
