Date Nog (Vegan Egg Nog) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups almond milk
    3 medjool dates, pitted
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 pinch fresh diced ginger
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    If you prefer a smoother beverage, strain the nog through a nut milk bag.
    Chill until ready to serve. You can sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on each cup of nog when you serve it, or place a cinnamon stick in each mug.
