    Filling
    2 cups blueberries
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/4 cup orange juice
    Crust
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    5 tablespoons light smart balance margarine
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine filling ingredients and place in a small baking dish.
    Mix crust ingredients until just blended.
    Scoop and dot over blueberries.
    Bake at 400\u00b0F until browned.
