Kale And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch kale
    1 avocado
    12 small tomatoes
    1/2 cup alfalfa sprout
    2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
    2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
    1 teaspoon sesame seeds
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon soy miso
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
    Wash, dry and chop kale.
    In large mixing bowl, place kale and sprinkle with sea salt, working salt into kale with your hands for 1 minute.
    Peel and dice avocado.
    Cut grape or cherry tomatoes in half.
    Rinse and dry sprouts.
    Place all salad ingredients into serving bowl.
    Mix olive oil , fresh lemon juice, miso ( optional), and pepper into jar. Pour over salad, toss 10 minutes before serving.
