Balsamic Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb tiny green beans (haricot verts)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 shallots, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Cook green beans in boiling water 5-6 minutes, drain.
Stir together vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard until smooth.
Cook shallots in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Stir in vinegar mixture, salt and pepper, Add green beans, toss and serve.
