Meatballs And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Meatballs
    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 lb ground pork
    1/2 cup salsa (mild, medium or hot)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    Sauce
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup salsa
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 1-1/2-inch balls.
    Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0F for 12-15 minutes.
    Drain well on paper towel!
    Meanwhile heat sauce ingredients in a large frying pan, stirring to mix; add meatballs and toss to coat; simmer covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
