Buttery Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/3 cups skim milk
2 1/3 cups flour
1 cup cornmeal
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Cream butter and sugar.
Combine eggs and milk.
Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with egg mixture.
Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 22-27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
