Watercress Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons cream
1 bunch watercress leaf
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1 small garlic clove, sliced
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
