Splenda Banana Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup wheat all-bran cereal
    2 bananas, mashed
    2/3 cup milk
    1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend, firmly packed
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Mix together cereal, bananas and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well.
    Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
    Stir just until combined.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
