Backwoods Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup wild rice, uncooked
    8 slices bacon, cut into 1/2inch pieces
    4 cups spinach leaves, torn
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup radish, sliced
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    cook wild rice according to package directions.
    in a 10\"in skillet cook bacon over medium heat, until browned.
    reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon fat, and discard the rest.
    in same skillet add vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, and reserved bacon fat.
    cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until heated through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
    in large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    pour warm dressing over salad, toss to coat and serve.
