Revoltillos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cooked brown rice
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 (6 ounce) can of small pitted black olives, drained
    1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    Brown the meat in a large skillet or dutch oven.
    Add the onions and cook until transparent. Add the bell pepper, and saute until tender.
    Add the rice, olives, and raisins and heat through. (Raisins should be plump.).
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
