Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon golden syrup or 1 tablespoon cane syrup
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 ounces soy flour
4 ounces rice flour
Preparation

Mash the banana and mix well with the peanut butter.
Cream with the sugar and then add the syrup.
Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Place teaspoonfuls on a cold greased tray or a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 160\u00b0C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
