125 g butter
1 cup sugar
225 g flour
50 g sultanas
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation

cream butter, sugar and essence.
add egg.
then add dry ingredients.
roll into balls.
place on cold greased trays.
press down with a fork.
bake 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
or 12-15 minutes for me because I have and aga.
