Szechuan Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ounces thick noodles
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on the package. Drain.
Mix all remaining ingredients together until well mixed. It may help to heat for a minute in the microwave.
Mix noodles and sauce.
Serve warm, but these also taste great cold.
