Frikadellar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1 cup breadcrumbs, dried
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1/4 cup onion, minced
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 pinches thyme
    4 tablespoons flour
    1 cup cream
    3 tablespoons oil
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Let rest 1/2 hour.
    Make meatballs.
    Dust with flour; save flour.
    Brown in oil.
    Add remaining flour and cream.
    Cook together until gravy forms.
    Serve over parslied potatoes.
