Pulled Pork With Bbq Sauce In The Crockpot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 lbs pork tri-tip roast
    2 cups catsup
    1 1/4 cups water
    1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon liquid smoke
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the meat in a saucepan. Cook on medium-high, stirring frequently, until it just starts to boil. Taste and adjust spices if needed.
    Put roast in center of crockpot.
    Pour hot sauce over roast.
    Cook on low 8 hours.
    Using 2 forks, shred meat and mix with sauce.
    Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
    Serve on buns or baked potatoes.
