Curried Rice And Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup brown rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
8 ounces firm tofu
15 ounces pink beans
15 ounces whole kernel corn
15 ounces diced tomatoes
Preparation

Prepare rice with broth and curry separately. Saute onion, garlic until soft.
add remaining ingredients, add rice. Serve.
