Very Cheesy, Healthy Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces shredded potatoes
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat free broccoli cheese soup
    3/4 cup fat free sour cream
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Thaw hashbrowns and mix all ingredients together.
    Bake for 40 minutes, stirring the casserole halfway through baking time.
    Broil for 5 minutes or until top is browned.
