Firehouse Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 (16 ounce) cans pork & beans
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 lb bacon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all ingredients except bacon.
pour into 13x9 glass baking dish.
Top with bacon strips.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
Let beans stand 15 minutes to thicken before serving.
(Don't forget the cottage cheese!).
