Tarragon Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 ounce) cans tuna
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup sweet relish
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon tarragon leaf
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain and flake tuna; add celery and relish.
Combine the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Add to tuna; mix thoroughly. Serve on crisp lettuce.
