South American Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados, mashed
    1 tablespoon minced onion
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine avocado, onion, garlic, seasonings and mayonnaise with half bacon.
    Cover the top completely with bacon and chopped parsley to help keep good green color.
