Creamy Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1/4 cup butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 cups chicken stock
    2 cups milk or 2 cups cream
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in about 1 cup water. Drain and reserve liquid. Set cauliflower aside.
    Melt butter, add onion, and cook until soft.
    Blend in flour, add stock and bring to a boil, stirring well. Stir in 1 cup cauliflower liquid, milk, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add cauliflower and cheese and heat through.
