Foolproof Yorkshire Puddings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup plain flour (All Purpose)
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons water
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to a smooth batter for a couple of minutes.
Pour into individual moulds and bake in hot oven (200 deg Centigrade) for 20 minutes.
Will make 12 small yorkies.
