Dees Spanish Avocado Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 green onions, diced
    1 mushroom, sliced
    2 slices avocados
    2 tablespoons cheese, shredded
    2 tablespoons salsa
Preparation
    Spray hot skillet with Pam cooking spray.
    Pour in beaten eggs.
    Add green onions and sliced mushroom.
    Add shredded cheese.
    Add avocado slices.
    Flip in half; top with salsa.
    Plate.
