Ez Low Cal Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

1 tablespoon light butter, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1 medium banana, under ripe and sliced
2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon rum extract
Preparation

Melt butter with brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a 10 inch skillet over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Add banana slices and continue cooking over low heat for about 1 minute per side while carefully spooning sauce over bananas as they are cooking.
Stir in the rum extract and then remove from heat.
Serve alone or with your favorite vanilla ice cream.
