Weight Watcher'S Turkey Sausage Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb uncooked ground turkey breast
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
    Add chicken broth, mixing well. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
    Form turkey into 8 patties, approximately 3/4 inch thick.
    Cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium heat 7-8 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked.
    Variations:
    Hot and Zesty: Add 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 3 tbsp tomato paste.
    Italian: Add 1/2 tsp marjoram, 1/2 tsp coriander and 1/2tsp rosemary.
