Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ounces Baby Spinach
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped & toasted
    1/2 cup craisins
    feta cheese, crumbled
    Dressing
    3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    3 tablespoons sugar
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Toast pecans in oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes.
    Mix Dressing.
    Put Spinach in a bowl, add pecans, craisins and feta cheese. Toss, add dressing & toss again.
