Sour Milk Muffins (Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2/3 cup sour milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened fruit juice
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Beat eggs, oil,milk,and juice til blended.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir to just moistened.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 400F 20 minutes or until browned.
