Weight Watchers Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    4 teaspoons sugar
    1 tablespoon water
    1 1/4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
    1/2 - 1 teaspoon dried cilantro (your desired amount)
Preparation
    In a small food processor blend together all ingredients until creamy.
    Serve with grilled chicken, pork chops and/or vegetables.
