Okonomiyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
100 g shredded cabbage
1/3 cup water
1 slice ham or 1 slice bacon, diced
1 egg
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine the flour, water, egg, salt & pepper.
Add shredded ham or bacon and cabbage.
Pour enough oil into a pan to cover base.
When oil is heated, add all or half the mixture.
Brown on both sides.
Combine the barbecue sauce and mayonnaise and smear on the fritters to serve.
