Scandinavian Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 -2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
5 large caperberries, stemmed and finely sliced
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice; stir in the sliced caperberries, then fold in the eggs.
Season with about 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste.
Garnish with chives.
